Beveryly McCall

Beverly McCall has been representing both businesses and individuals as an attorney in New Jersey since 1986.

While attending Delaware Law School, she was the first Family Court Referee in the Atlantic/Cape May County area. Beverly’s practice includes family law, bankruptcy, probate, municipal court, domestic violence, real estate matters, corporate law and criminal cases. A solo practitioner for more than 35 years, Beverly is of counsel to the Hornstine Law Group. Her bar admissions include: New Jersey, the District Court of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Beverly has represented entities including the Cape May County Police Chiefs Association, the Estell Manor Board of Education, the Township of Winslow as Conflicts Municipal Prosecutor and the City of Estell Manor Conflicts Solicitor.

Beverly has served as past chair of the Cape May County Advisory Commission to the Freeholders on the Status of Women, past president of the Board of Directors of Jersey Shore Big Brothers Big Sisters (currently Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal & Northern New Jersey) and as a former Moot Court Judge for Delaware Law School and the New Jersey School Boards Association. She has also previously served on the Board of Trustees for Cape Assist, and as a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and the NJ Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Family Practice.

Currently serving a Governor-appointed three-year term as the Housing Authority Commissioner for Ocean City, Beverly has been honored with the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services Adoption Day Recognition Award, the Cape Assist Board of Trustees Award for Years of Service, the Sea Isle City International Women’s Day Certificate of Recognition and the Atlantic County Women’s Center Award for Outstanding Service to Victims of Violence. She has received multiple commendations and citations from organizations across New Jersey, including the NJ Joint Senate & General Assembly.
