Victoria Deever is a sustainability professional with experience advising organizations on environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy, climate disclosures and corporate sustainability initiatives.

She currently serves as Manager of ESG & Climate Disclosures at Parsons Corporation, where she is responsible for monitoring emerging ESG trends and ensuring the company remains a leader among industry peers. In this role, Deever oversees the development of annual ESG disclosures, including the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions and other key sustainability metrics. She previously served as an ESG Specialist at Parsons, assisting in the development of the company’s ESG strategy and reporting framework.

In 2022 Deever was an ESG Fellow at VOX Global in Washington, D.C., where she researched, developed and drafted ESG frameworks and reports for consumer brand clients, helping to translate organizational values into actionable goals and measurable outcomes.

In addition to her professional work, Deever is actively engaged in nonprofit and civic initiatives focused on environmental stewardship. She serves on the Environmental Commission for the Borough of Avalon, where she collaborates on sustainability initiatives aimed at engaging homeowners, and is currently developing a “Sustainable Living” contest to promote environmentally responsible practices. She previously served on the Junior Advisory Board of The Wetlands Institute, where she worked on projects to enhance stakeholder engagement through marketing, public education and outreach to younger audiences.

Deever earned a master’s degree in sustainability and a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard University, and her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
